Our journey
The path to spiritual awakening is rarely easy. Our founder, Pooja Badola, walked through profound physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges that brought her to the edge of despair. As a single mother rebuilding her life from the ground up after leaving a difficult and destructive relationship, she faced circumstances that tested her strength and faith.
Seeking answers beyond the material world, she turned with complete surrender to Lord Shiva and the divine guardians of her lineage, praying, “Either heal me, or teach me how to heal, and I shall rise to help others.”
That heartfelt prayer marked the beginning of a transformative journey. Through a powerful dream, she received guidance that led to the discovery and removal of disturbing influences hidden among her child’s belongings. Soon after, her search for a spiritual guide came to an end, and a new chapter began.
In 2018, under the guidance of Energy Guruji Rakesh Acharya, she embarked on a deeper study of energy healing, chakra balancing, astrology, and energy astrology. What followed were years of learning, practice, and remarkable experiences that strengthened her conviction in the healing power of divine energy.
Today, Anahat Energy stands as a space dedicated to spiritual growth, energy healing, and inner transformation. Over the years, many individuals have experienced profound shifts, renewed hope, and positive changes through these practices.
